  7. The competition closes on 28 May 2025 at 23:59. Participants must activate their entry into the draw(s), on the day of the draw(s) prior to the actual draw(s) within the specified times.
  8. The prize winner will be selected by way of a random draw at 12h00 on 29 May 2025 at Golden Horse Casino in Pietermaritzburg. The winner does not need to be present and will be ed via social media direct message on the day of the draw. A social media post on the Golden Horse social media page will also be published on the day of the draw.
  9. Only 2 winners will be selected from the combined entries collected.
  10. To enter, participants need to comment in the comment section on the Facebook competition post.
  11. Every participant in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  12. All reasonable steps shall be taken to the prize winner via social media.
  13. Winners are requested to acknowledge receipt of the notification within 24 hours of the notification, or an alternative winner will be chosen (Redraw).
  14. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  1. The winner will have until the 31st of May 2025 to collect their prize at the customer service desk at Golden Horse within operational hours, and must present an acceptable form of identification upon receiving his/her prize.
  2. Participants stand a chance to win a One-night stay at Golden Horse Hotel.
  3. The prize excludes transport to and from Golden Horse Casino.
  4. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device or online system used for the competition draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.
  5. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
  6. Neither Tsogo Sun Casino Management Company (PTY) Limited, its subsidiaries and d companies, their Directors, Officers, employees or agents shall be liable for any loss, damage, injury or death suffered by the prize winner or any of his/her invitees, as a result of the prize winner having taken up the prize. The prize winner hereby indemnifies and holds harmless the Tsogo Sun Casino Management Company for any such loss, damage, injury or death.
  7. Any person transgressing the rules of this competition will be disqualified.
  8. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
